SkyWatch #40

swf2 Welcome to the sight of friendly spring skies over our Iowa farm earlier this week. We’d better enjoy these stark tree branches while we can; before long they’ll be overtaken by GREEN!

Finally, here is last night’s sunset……including a man

out standing in his field……my husband……checking pocket-gopher holes.

  6. The sunset photo is amazing. Your husband may be busy, but I bet he's enjoying the sky as well.

  7. The day images are just so light an airy then you pull that sunset out of the bag. It's sensational swirling colours.

  10. Great photos!!! What a wonderful expanse of sky you get to enjoy. I am surrounded by mountains here in my valley in Oregon so my little patch of sky is limited. I really love the openness and sense of freedom your photos express from your lovely farm in Iowa. Thanks for sharing.

  15. What beautiful blue skies!

We had snow this past week. Got about 8 inches at the farm. Then the temps hit the 70's and we had a massive melt down! It is supposed to be 78 today and just lovely....Finally!
