SkyWatch - Brushstrokes

27th029 Welcome to SkyWatch Friday! These sky scenes resemble brushstrokes of a painting, at least to me, anyway.

27th027 They were taken on an evening earlier this week. At times, September treats us to exceptionally beautiful skies, especially at sunset time.

And, in case you’re in doubt, here’s proof that it was the sunset hour:

  12. how very beautiful. I too saw a wonderful sky last night on the way out to dinner with the hubby and son. It was if some crazy velvet paining artist was trying to outdo themselves in the sky. Can't beat nature though....lovely!

  15. You capture a sky in photograph like no other - you need to make a coffee table book of this fantastic art. i've tried doing this many times but it is much harder than you make it look.
