Yesterday I raked up a big pile of leaves and donated them to a good cause.

That will make nice soft bedding. Marcy does that in her chicken house, when removed to the compost pile for golden gold.

Nothing in this world cuter than Holstein calves. I love how no two are the same.
So...the November wind you were wishing for never materialized? Are the calves enjoying their new mattress?
