A great photo!! Here in Western Iowa, we are about 15 miles from the DeSoto Bend Refuge and there have been between 55-70 Bald Eagles spotted the last week. Most of them on the ground feeding on something, perhaps the dead fish left after our flood last year? I guess it was quite a site to see.
Very cool you got these shots! A hawk smashed into our back tree one day, I'm sure he was after some kind of bird, I ran inside to grab the camera...Gone. LOL

Beautiful! I had one in my tree today, but your pictures are much better. :-)
