Here's a photo I took as we crossed the Mississippi River into Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, last week.

In the foreground is a plant I'd never seen before our drive last week and I have no clue what it is.

A Mississippi River bridge which has fascinated me ever since I was a kid...

Recently, my husband and I visited the old town of Motor.  We hadn't been there since the bridge was repaired and made usable a few years ago.
