In our Communion liturgy we sing the "Agnus Dei" right before the distribution of the bread and wine:
"Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world;
Have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world;
Have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world;
Grant us your peace."

Peace to you this day!!

P.S. - Oh, there's always something to add to a pre-published post, you know.........In church this morning, the Gospel reading was Matthew 7:15-29, which includes Jesus' parable comparing the house built on the rock with one built on sand.....verses 25 & 27 contain these words: "And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against the house......".
The pastor didn't plan the timing of this reading; its simply the traditional one for today, the Second Sunday after Pentecost. Ironic it is, though, considering the storm damage of the previous week.

I love singing the "Agnus Dei." It's one of my favorite part of liturgical services.
