Izzy On Board

Traveling with Izzy turned out just fine!
*********
Here she is, chomping at the bit to ride in the pickup!! (Her "mama" holds the leash.)
But, once settled in the pickup cab, heading out of the truck stop parking lot, Izzy turned quizzy-cal........."Woof! You turned the wrong direction! Where are you taking me?"
Since we were in the area, I wanted to go take a gander at the wind turbines near Blairsburg. Izzy found them fascinating, too!
After that, she relaxed and enjoyed the ride! We saw tornado debris in Parkersburg and sandbags in Cedar Falls, and we traveled in tandem with a thunderstorm.......we'll show you those pictures soon!

Good-o! Izzy looks like a very companionable dog. Hope you both enjoy her visit to your place.

Well, at least the prayers were answered for the ride to go ok.

Izzy looks like she has a lot of personality.

Hi, Pat, Ruth!!

Izzy is an enthusiastic companion, with, yes, lots of personality!! Sloppy, goofy, gangly.....and totally good-natured!

When we arrived here at home, the first thing she did was roll in a mud puddle to get the "farm-look"!

I have to smile at this.
My daughter too has a dog now. His name is Drift, so on Friday after school she's calling me to take care of her dog, and yes, he can sit in my truck, but my car? I don't think so.
Yes, get used to it, if I'm not babysitting kids, it's Drift...

Hi, Marg!

Yes, there was no way I wanted Izzy on the leather seats in the Envoy. "Drift".....what a clever name for a dgg.....really, I've never heard that before, but I like it!
