*****
"Hey, Elsie.......psst.......did you read Jeannelle's blog post yesterday?
*****
"Yeah"........blurp......slurp.......
*****
"Doesn't Jeannelle know that people who go off their rocker usually do it over sax and religion?"
*****
"She probably don't know that. She wrote about both in her post yesterday......that's worrisome. Its plain so see she ain't got a lick of sense."
*****
******
******
"Hey.......hows about you and me throw a little comic relief into the blog? Not to mention a wake-up call to Jeannelle. What do you think?"
*****
"You want to? Or, shall I?"

******

"Oh, for Pete's sake......you mean our special trick? Are you sure that's a good idea? Its sort of gross.......but, ok, ok........I'll do it. Sheesh!!"

"Just a friendly bovine reminder, Jeannelle........keep your nose clean on the blog! Think twice about treading into controversial areas that mix religion and sax."

Keep writing about sax and religion, girl! And that bovine trick? My boys are loving it. Belated happy anniversary:)

Hi, caution!

I actually was thinking of your kids as I did this post! Thought I'd try to gross out the town folks! :)

It took around a half hour to catch a clear shot of the tongue trick......the cows do it very quickly, and you have to be paying close attention. Isn't that fascinating info?!

Yeek! I'd rather read about sax and religion that to see a cow with its tongue up its nose. LOLOL!

I'll say this for you, m'dear; you're patient when it comes to getting the shot you really want. Kudos!

Clever post, anyway!

Hi Ms. Jeannelle. We are Caution's sons and we really like your cow's trick. We've been trying to do the same thing ever since we saw the picture. Our 8 year old brother gets the closest. Did you know that giraffes can do that trick, too?

We have a farm question. Do you clean the milk at your farm? Our six year old brother wants to know if you have electricity or a car.

Well, HI there, sons of caution!! Nice to hear from you!

No, I did not know that giraffes can do the tongue trick, too. I probably better not tell the cows about that.....they'll get discouraged and give less milk. Which, incidently, does emerge CLEAN from the cow's udder, is sucked into a CLEAN milker tube, and then whisked into a CLEAN stainless steel bulk tank. I had to answer that question seriously, because CLEAN milk is important. I would not wish to drink dirty milk, and, by the way, we do drink the milk out of our bulk tank, unpasturized, unhomogenized, etc., and have never gotten sick from it.

That's impressive about the 8-year-old in your gang......tell him to keep practicing and one day he may be very famous (and, very tongue-tired!).

Dear 6-year-old flag family member: We DO actually have electricity.....to run the milkers and cow feeding equipment, and as an afterthought, the house was wired, too, thankfully.

As for the car.....I had to let my daughter have it......(that's what happens when kids get old enough to drive, tell your mom). Now I ride a cow to town to go shopping......do you think that's true?

Thanks for joining the comments!

Well, hell Jeannelle! It's why I come here, you know. For the sax and religion. Thought you knew that!

Cool post, btw.

You are too funny. That cows tongue is huge.....I forget until I see them licking their chops just how long it can be.
