Photo from yesterday, a cool, but partly-sunny day, with little breeze. Today its downright cold out, with a strong wind whipping around every corner. These golden leaves will surely be stripped from their moorings by this evening:

If you have a minute, go to Chronicle of a Country Girl's current blogpost. Kate has been dealing with multiple ordeals, which she gives particulars of in this post, "Sharin' the Love". She and her family need prayers, so if you have another minute, send one up! The photo on her post is a very emotional capture. Kate's writing and photos are always excellent, on both her blogs. If you've never visited them, please do!

Such a lovely thought, Jeannelle. We all need a little help from our friendsl
Nice Jeannelle. I have her and her husband in my prayers. Thank you for the mention of her because we can never have too many prayers and the support will help her during this time.
That is so kind and sweet of you to do this. All concerned thoughts of someone are prayers. When one of my friends had colon cancer, he put himself on a lot of prayer lists. I had never heard of such a thing. My friend got a lot of support, even from people he didn't know and it made a difference because he survived the cancer. :-) I agree with "egghead," you can never have too many prayers in difficult times.
You are so sweet!!! My thoughts and prayers are with Country Girl and her family......even prayers and peaceful thoughts from strangers will help fuel positive energy towards Country Girl and her family. I firmly believe the Universe delivers what we send out!
Kate has had such a year! She seems so strong in the face of all that life has dished out. I send prayers and good thoughts her way! It sounds like she has lovely real life friends and family too!
You are a sweetie, Miss Jeannelle. And congrats on being featured on Dr. John's blog.
Jeannelle,
Trying not to cry at my surprise in coming here and seeing this. I'm on prayer chains all over. It must account for our well-being!
Thank you, my friend.
{{{Jeannelle}}} Sweet post, m'dear.
That was sweet. I am going to put her on my side bar!
Thanks for the heads up, Jeannelle. I was thinking Kate was just taking some time and appreciated you suggesting we take a look at her blog today.
Take care.
deb, egghead, maria, deserthen, kacey, caution, pat, adventure girl, russell,
Thanks, all of you, for stopping in and for the thoughts and prayers I know you are sending out for Kate and her husband and family. I'm agreeing with all of you, that prayers and thoughts are so important.
To Kate,
Glad you could stop by for a moment, too! May your husband's recovery continue to go smoothly, may that tumor disappear completely, and may many blessings come to both of you in your new home!
