Today I'm off on an ADVENTURE! Details to come in the next post, if I survive. Oh, its not a risky adventure, of course, but should be fun and interesting!

To tide you over, here are a few quiz questions, relating to the photos in this post:
1. The ABOVE photo shows a gorgeous vining flower currently blooming in my sister's front yard. What kind of flower is it?
2. In the photo below, my son is shoveling what kind of grain?
3. Lloyd Lightning Bug utilized an online dating service to arrange an encounter with Felina Firefly. His tempting ad said, “Join me for a romantic interlude upon the ______ flower beside Glow-Worm Lane.”
4. What farm implement is shown in the next photo? In our area, one rarely sees these in operation anymore due to the use of _________.
5. What kind of grain is growing in the field in this next photo scene?
6. What item is this next plant named after? Its an item that some people collect and others put to good use. I own several of them, though, sadly, they seldom see the light of day.

Have a pleasant Independence Day Eve! Maybe you’ll go on an adventure, too!

Here's a video in honor of my adventure......though I'm certainly not headed to El Paso:

I know nothing, except I think the farm thingy is a cultivator and the son is shoveling soybeans and the field looks like a field of oats?
I hope you have a wonderful adventure on your day of adventure.
Well, we've got a clematis there, some soybeans, don't know what flower those bugs are doin' it on, the cultivator is used when the Roundup? doesn't cut it, some oats, and perhaps a pincushion flower. Although I still use my two pincushions, so maybe that's wrong. Can't wait to hear about the adventure!
Oh, my! I am ignorant! No farmgirl here, I guess. Loved the photographs!
1. Clematis
3. Queen Anne's Lace
Ruth = one very ignorant city girl.

3. hoya flower
4. cultivator, which does not get used much as farmers use sprays

Hi, Putz,
Thanks for stopping in. The blogging friend I met today is headed to El Paso. And, I do like the song sung in Marty Robbin's velvety voice. Not sure if Willie Nelson ever sang it....or is he from El Paso or something?
The only one I know-is the first-a clematis. Neat pics-and one of my favorite Marty Robbins songs.
Hi, tipper,
Sorry to take so long....thank you for stopping in and saying "hi". I love that song "El Paso", too.
