Is it very cold up in Iowa? that clear sky looks like it isn't holding any heat at all...
Beautiful skies, and beautiful corn, which makes me itchy just looking at it. I pulled a lot of dry corn ears in my younger days. Your October rainfall was not far behind ours, which set a record at over 16".
Greetings from Virginia. Beautiful skies and landscapes as usual. Blessings.
It is cool at night here. I would not call it cold yet but it did frost a couple of times.
Your skies are beautiful, maybe they will allow the harvest to continue.
Rumor had it that our area was behind in harvest too. I am not sure what the status is now. The combines and grain trucks are still rolling.
I never tire of your beautiful skywatch photos.
Talk with you later!
Yes, we've had buckets of rain here in Arkansas also! Nice to see some sunny skies here! Enjoyed the apple orchard photos--beautiful!
The skies are so blue! Nice shots!
Iowa has such wide, beautiful skies! Thanks for sharing those photos. We've had gorgeous weather for almost a week. Unusual for November. It is all supposed to end in a nasty storm tomorrow. Best wishes on that corn harvest.
these are great sky shots!
happy weekend!
Ten inches of rain? My word.

The photographs in the last few posts are just stunning. I love autumn photos.
Your Iowa skies look like our Nevada skies! Makes me want to curl up with a good book and stay home all day and read! I can't believe how fast Fall is heading into winter! All of the farm work is just about done...the last of the ground work should be finished today. I have missed so much on the farm this past year, but have gained so much for myself by going back to work....but what a whirlwind it has been! Hope all is well with you Jeannelle....(((HUGS)))
I am missing you! Hope all is OK.
Sending hugs your way.
I do hope all is okay! Miss your posts!
Jeannelle, have we lost you again? I miss your writing, although your photographs are great.
I hope you had a peaceful Thanksgiving Day, Jeannelle. Just checking in to let you know we miss you. Hugs, Pat
I woke up this morning and thought of you, Jeannelle.
I know I haven't been by much lately but came here today to see that you haven't posted for several weeks which isn't like you.
Hoping all is well and that you're just taking a break. Blessings.
Just hoping things are okay Jeannelle, drop me aline at FB if you can. We are getting a bit worried.
Add me to the list of people who miss you, Jeannelle. We'll glad when you're back.
Still thinking of you. I sent you an e-mail but didn't get a response. I just wanted you to know that I care is all and that I hope you are well.
Thinking about you today and all the snow and cold you and your family are having to endure. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
Thinking of you still, Jeannelle. Hoping all is well. Take care.
Mrs. RWP and I wish you and your family a very merry Christmas.
We keep checking, to see if you are back. Hope you are ok, and that 2010 is better for you. Dairymary
Sending you warmest wishes for the new year, Jeannelle. I've been reading about all the cold and blizzardy stuff up there. Hope you're staying warm. My youngest daughter, who just retired from the USAF, has made her home just outside Omaha, NE, and she's been telling me about the snow stuff.
LuvyaImeanit!
Hi, Jeannelle. Thinking of you.
Ok, Ok, I know this is an old post, but I just had to comment on these awesome, gorgeous skies. :)
