Morning Light

Yesterday morning, in between doing calf chores and getting ready for church, I meandered down the lane with my camera to look for photo opportunities.

First of all, there was this silage wagon waiting patiently to be filled with more chopped corn….

Sept 11 (10)

Next, there were blackbirds standing guard over evidence of the chopper’s recent foray through the cornfield….

Sept 11 (4)

Further along, a spider web glistened conspicuously in the morning light….

Sept 11 (7) And, another type of web was there, too….

Sept 11 (8) Early morning light gives everything a special look and I decided I should try to take photos at that time of day more often.

Nice pictures, Jeanelle. We just finished 3rd cut grass. Farmers have not started harvesting corn here yet, as it was such a late wet spring and corn was planted late. Good eating corn, though! Dairymary
