Yesterday we roasted soybeans. I like watching the clouds of steam billow up from the hot beans.

Nice photo Jeannelle! I would love to see more photos on the process of roasting beans. I had no idea you would roast your own beans.
We have soybeans in the freezer to eat...not bad...the cows do not get any.

I too had never heard of roasting the soybeans for cattle consumption. See, I learned something today.
