Whorled Milkweed which was growing right along the edge of the road:

The fields look pretty good, but the rain we’ve gotten came too late and yields are expected to be less than usual:

The golden rod and rabbit brush are all blooming right now...three weeks early. Makes me wonder if we are going to have a hard winter.

That late rain really did a number on crops across the country... love the shot of cutting hay...
Country living at it's best....views like this can only be experienced in the country! Beautiful photography....

I so love that last shot. The others are wonderful but that last one pulls at my heart.
