In the previous post I mentioned the old-style album with adhesive pages that hold the photos. Big mistake it was to use those. Our honeymoon pictures have been in an album like that since the late 1970's and now cannot be removed. I have to scan whole pages and crop out a photo if I want to use it.
Here's a page that takes us from a drive-through redwood tree in northern California to the Hanging Lake hiking trail in western Colorado. In between must be somewhere in Nevada or Utah.
As soon as I post this to the blog I'm going to get ready to go out for lunch with my sister and my mom. Maybe I'll get brave and take a photo of my plate of food when it arrives. I always worry that I'll be hauled off to the mental ward for doing something like that, though.

Hi Jeannelle, just catching up on some blogs I used to visit. Once the kids got into high school I didn't seem to have much time for it anymore. But I'm glad to see you're still here :)

My wedding photos are like that too, I could never get them out even if I tried. I think the same thing when I take out my camera to take a photo of my food, now I use my cell phone which isn't as noticeable.
All our pictures from our 90 and back look just like that...if you saturate it, sometimes it comes out better looking...and sometimes, it looks better in black and white.
My brother travels a lot. He takes pictures of his food and no one has hauled him off yet. He sends me the pictures so I can see what food looks like other places. As a matter of fact, my daughter sent me pictures of their food when they went to New York City. Do it and don't worry about what other people think. We are all odd about something or another. :)
