The brick on the silo is so pretty! But the roof just looks out of place on it....kinda' like Dorothy, Toto, and the house landed on top of the silo.....hope the wicked witch wasn't on top of there!
I've been blogging since early 2007. I'm sixty-something and live on a farm in Iowa. I have a husband, four grown children, and seven grandchildren. Taking photos is fun and I like the blog because its weed-free, dust-free, and organized.

I just love that brick silo!
Two silos.. and each one so different! : )
The brick silo is really interesting. I love to see your photos - my father's parents both grew up on farms in NE Iowa (Protivin and Randalia)
I've never seen a silo like that!
The top on the brick silo is interesting!

I've never seen a roof on a silo like that before! The red barn really stands out in this pretty shot.
Definitely a good signpost--turn left at the barn with the brick silo....
What an interesting combination!! Love the brick silo with the little wooden roof especially!
That silo is eye catching! Nice shot!
