Interesting Link

The other day when I was reading PioneerWoman's blog for the first time, I perused the comments list........all two-hundred-and-some of them! There was a comment from someone calling herself "The Dairy Wife", so I surfed on over to her blog. Turns out she is the mother of seven children.....the last three being TRIPLETS who came along as a surprise later in life! Can you imagine......!?

She had an interesting link to a blog entitled "ThriceBlessedMommy", authored by another mother of triplets. The only thing is, this widowed mother of 5-year-old triplets just passed away on February 21, leaving her children orphaned. Quite an unusual story.......just thought I'd pass it along here on the blog.

That is really sad. I've seen comments from The Dairy Wife but never visited her blog.

Aren't there a lot of interesting people out there?

Thanks for saying that you're in the throes of it too, with the tears and all. I mean, I've always burst into tears when I saw something especially beautiful, but now it's everything.

Have a wonderful evening, Jeannelle!

Man, that was sad! I wonder who took the kids in--if they had relatives?

nannykim & countrygirl,

You two are so sweet for reading and commenting!

I should have mentioned the memorial blog said the triplets are with a grandmother.

I had a terrible time with tears this morning at a funeral.....someone I didn't know very well, so I thought I'd get through it without tears. But, she had chosen "Go My Children With My Blessing" to be the closing hymn. I couldn't sing a word of it.

Hi Jeannelle,

I'm Tanya and saw you on my blog so thought I'd come visit yours.

So you're a "Dairy Wife" too ... just gotta love them cows! I'm a transplant to the farm, and sometimes it comes hard for me. Haven't mastered the "run when they raise the tail rule" yet.

Thanks for mentioning Helena ... her triplets are with their Grandmother. It's a very sad situation and one I can't even imagine.

Take Care,

Tanya

Tanya,

Thanks for swinging by and commenting!

I grew up on a farm----a hog and grain farm, not a dairy farm-----so cow stuff was new to me, too.

You have quite an amazing life, with your young triplets, AND a new grandchild. Congrats!! Your head must be spinning constantly! My mother-in-law raised six boys, the last two being twins!!

Your blogs are very well done.
