Planting Oats & Peas

Husband is seeding oats today........or drilling oats......or sowing oats.......or planting oats.......whatever you want to call it. He's putting oat seed in the ground. This picture is a bit fuzzy, but I don't have time to go take another one. A person practically blows away outside today!
In the photo below, the grain drill's seed hopper lid is open and you can see the oat and pea seed mixture inside.
Oats and peas.......yum, yum.......the cow's will love it! How does that go? Mairzee doats and doezee doats and little lamb zee ivy??? Help!
The oat and pea mixture came in cute bags this year:
P.S. ------ I almost forgot to mention........there is another seed hopper along the front of the grain drill. It holds alfalfa seed, which gets planted simultaneously with the oats and peas. That's so the field can shapeshift into a stand of alfalfa hay after the oat/pea mixture is harvested in late July. Ingenious, eh? It will then be a hay field next year, also.

Sow some oats today........preferably not the wild type!
