Wild Lily & Friend

The Turk’s Cap Lilies have just started to bloom:

June 13 (4) This next photo is just plain weird, I know.  Its a horsetail stem that’s obviously been affected by something, causing it to display uncharacteristic colors.  It seemed to sort of match the orange lily so that’s why these photos are sharing a blogpost.

Beautiful! Was that the only stem affected or was it the whole group?

I love that Turk's Cap Lily--didn't know that was their name. It is beautiful.
