White-tails

Today brought cooler, more comfortable temperatures so I took advantage of that by taking a long walk in the afternoon.  This doe and her fawns were out doing the same thing.  We stared at each other for a few seconds…

It's great to hear your temperatures are low enough for walking outdoors. I guess the deer thought so too. :)

I think they could out run and jump any Olympic athelete. They are fun to watch except when they appear in your garden or in front of your speeding car.
