Beaver Moon & Cats

Yesterday was cold with the wind howling all afternoon.  In the evening while I was outdoors feeding calves, a bright almost-full moon made its appearance.  (This is not a very good photo.) The moon will be full early tomorrow (Monday) morning.  It's called the Beaver full moon due to this being the time that beavers enter their lodges for the winter.  I don't blame them!
While I carry bottles into the calf building the cats wait patiently for their turn to get some warm milk.  We have around 20 cats I would guess.  These two are a pretty orange and white in the daylight.  (Another not very good photo.)

Wishing you a great day to end November!

Stay safe, warm, and well!

We got some of your Iowa weather today with a low of 24 expected by morning, blustery winds and possibly some sleet and snow. I would like to return your weather to you as soon as we can.

Sorry, no returns allowed, of course. Hopefully, your weather will be pleasant soon.
