Here's hoping you have a very pleasant Thanksgiving. As for me, I have to remind myself to BE pleasant in the midst of all the cooking that must be done. My husband can't help with such things....he's too busy outdoors with the livestock.
Our son and family may be coming here. They hadn't decided as of yesterday. Otherwise it will be just my husband and me. That's never happened before on Thanksgiving!

Loved that Steve Martin movie, btw. A classic. And your story. Hope your cooking went well...should be underway as I write this. Enjoy your day whether the family made it or not.
