“I’m late, I’m late……for a very important date!” And, that would be SkyWatch Friday. I had planned to skip it this week, but thoughts of SkyWatch crept in and nagged at the back of my mind all day today. That’s what happens when you get caught up in this stuff.
These two photos were taken in the evening four days ago. I was mowing the lawn and suddenly noticed the big, billowy cloud formation blooming in the southeastern sky. These photos do not do it justice.
Thank you for visiting this SW post!

Wow, those are fantastic.
I have to agree with Ruth, there is no other word that works except, Wow!
Now that's what I call 'Good Sky'. Good sky for photographing and how nice that you were there to see it, snap the photo, and share it with us. Great shot!

Those are some awesome clouds! We had a similar group of "exploding" clouds a week ago here but by the time I got my camera they had drifted apart:(
That is a beautiful photo! So much cloud. A universe in itself.
Wonderful, the first one is just stunning;-)
So light and fluffy.

Wow, gorgeous, glorious, Heavenly! Glad you didn't skip.
Just this week I noticed clouds such as these forming in the south sky. I even had my husband look at them. Absolutely beautiful. A grand reminder of how small we really are, and what nature can do.
Holy thunder head. I almost forgot what clouds looked like. It's been so long.
Those are gorgeous clouds. The yellowish color make them even better. Great capture my friend..
Thanks for sharing..
Better late than not at all. Great sky watch Friday post.
