Welcome to this week’s SkyWatch.
Obviously, this next shot was taken on the same evening as the first one. That sunset scene was absolutely gorgeous…….one to definitely send me running for the camera.
Thanks for stopping by! Please visit Skyley.com to find the other SkyWatch links for this week. Thanks much to the dedicated SW team of Klaus, Sandy, Ivar, Wren, Fishing Guy, and Louise.

Dramatic skies in a forever landscape.
Summer clouds over a cornfield is a very classic Iowa sight. It's gorgeous!

They're all wonderful. I love those hay rakes (is that what they are) in the first one? And the scene in general in the second one is spectacular!
Beautiful is an understatement!
I love the color in the 2nd photo. Both are great!
My digital camera is busted. My cell has (poorly) been put to work. :)
I saw a cloud formation this week thay I wanted to share with you. Darn! It looked liked a front but was horseshoe shaped. The white curve against the deep blue sky was interesting.
All beautiful.

Hi, Martha Z,
"A forever landscape".....an apt description for the sky!

Hi, Snappy Di,
Yeah, Iowa and cornfields go together like hands in gloves.

Hi, Louise,
You must be a farm girl. Yes, that is a hay rake.

Hi, Gail,
Thank you for stopping in. I hope things are fine in Arkansas!

Hi, Mary,
Thank you for stopping by, too. That cloud formation sounds most unusual.

Hi, J Bar,
Oh, you're from the other side of the world! Isn't the internet amazing!
********
Oh...all three skies are amazing! Love the silhouettes in the first one...
That first shot needs to go in the calendar with the shot of the tractor in the field from a few blogs ago. Absolutely stunning!
I just love your skywatch posts! I am an avid skywatcher and will always run to get the camera to catch a beautiful sunset or sunrise every time. I envy your beautiful puffy storm cloud pictures...they are awesome! That is one thing I haven't had any luck getting pictures of.
I think there are a lot of people that drive along and don't see their beautiful surroundings. Sunsets and sunrises are two things that my husband and I always notice now.
Thank you for sharing!
Angela
