Last Hurrah Fall Colors

Sheesh…..its been so long since my last blogpost, I hardly remember how to do it, but here goes….

These scenes are from today, when the magic wand of mid-morning sunshine bestowed the perfect touch on these final colors of autumn.

Welcome to this SkyWatch blogpost! These photos were taken this morning. Autumn is in the air, obviously, though the green pasture field below could mislead one into believing summer is still here.

I’m sneaking the next photo in, too, despite the blurry sky. Soon the cornstalks will be swallowed up by dusty, roaring combines chomping their way across the landscape.

SkyWatch - Brushstrokes

Welcome to SkyWatch Friday! These sky scenes resemble brushstrokes of a painting, at least to me, anyway.
