I’ll now interrupt the quilt series to interject a few more LiveWriter features. This photo of a throw pillow volunteered to submit to a makeover:
The LiveWriter “color pop” feature brightens the colors:
The “adjust temperature” feature does just what it says. Next is a completely “cool” photo (I moved the arrow all the way to the “cool” end). Brrr….very fitting for January.
Next we have a totally “warm” photo:
In conclusion, here is that odd “gaussian blur” feature I mentioned in the previous post. Why would anyone want to do this to a photo? Curiosity killed the cat and compelled my fingers to type “gaussian blur” in the search box. Live and learn, search and learn. Why, silly me, I should have known, a gaussian blur is used to reduce “image noise”. What do you think? Does this photo seem quieter now?
