This is wonderful---a bit zany---I bet there is a fun-loving artist living on this farm! Love the condition of the painted wood and the contrast of the red between the gray roof and tan stone. Great find!:>)
I've been blogging since early 2007. I'm sixty-something and live on a farm in Iowa. I have a husband, four grown children, and seven grandchildren. Taking photos is fun and I like the blog because its weed-free, dust-free, and organized.

Love it!
The square is positioned just right and the colors complimentary to the barn.
Interesting, is the house supposed to appear as a quilt?

So adorable! It reminds me of the quilt squares, but a little unique. I also love the windmill in the background.
Well that's surely different! I don't think I've ever seen a barn square on a barn before.
ha, that's cool!
barn within a barn. so cool!! (:
That is different and very cool. B
So cool! Love the painting on the side!
I wonder what the story is there... Is that a crown on the roof of the house? Lovin the barn, stone foundation & the windmill! Beautiful
Thanks for joining =)
Well, that certainly isn't your usual barn quilt. Very interesting!
That is a great find!
I like this one, got me to stop and think about it. The windmill beside it is nice and quilt block is different than what I have seen on others.
Great barn! I love the shape color and that painting. Also - the windmill!
I've never seen a house as a quilt square. The barn and windmill are great though.
