Two Seasons

On our drive the other day I snapped a photo of this tree-covered hill, recalling that I'd done the same thing last fall...

Here's how it looked back on September 22...

Big difference. I was very cold in the first but the second reminds me there is always hope of spring.

You should complete this by snapping the same scene in the spring and summer. Then re-post.

What a difference! The winter scene almost looks like there was a fire.

Ditto 42N.

Have you considered doing the same thing with your farm? Pictures from the same vantage point in all kinds of weather and seasons. In daytime and at night, with light in the windows. As the kids move away, I'll bet they'd love to have prints of the place they grew up.
