Everything's Beautiful Duet

*
Many years ago I fell in love with this duet by Dolly Parton and Willlie Nelson. Over time, I've mostly forgotten about it, but was pleasantly surprised to run into the audio of the song on YouTube today. I'll be listening to it over and over for awhile......like getting reacquainted with an old friend.

Jeannelle...I must say...half the joy of landing up here each day is to see how creativity has gone on to changing up your blog look. Grin. I love that song. You are right...like an old friend. Have a wonderful day and weekend.

dolly always makes me smile. my very most favorite dolly song the one that always pops first into myhead (cause I love so many of her songs) is TWO DOORS DOWN... it is just such a perfect song for me I have loved it since I was young!

Willie and Dolly, what a wonderful combination.

Not really a fan of Dolly...I don't like or dislike her...just indifferent. My country roots lean towards the artists that hover on rock.

I remember that song! Nice to hear it again. I love hearing Dolly sing "coat of many colors" too.

Thanks for posting the song...=)

I have great gaps in my experience of both country and pop/rock music. I had never heard this song before. I like the words and the tune, simple but haunting. Did Dolly write it?

Trish, Laura, Gail, Deb, Deserthen, rhymsie,

I can't say that Dolly's songs have often been my favorites, but this one is. Love the line, "The storm's even beautiful, in its own way." I'm quite sure Dolly did write this song. Her talent is astounding.....she's just way up in her own stratosphere of giftedness.
